Touching Hearts helps elders live independently for as long as possible by providing in home care for healthy aging, thereby bringing peace of mind to them and their families.
We provide individualized non-medical home care services and activities in the secure and familiar surroundings of our clients’ homes, wherever that might be – house, apartment, condo, senior community, etc. Services can be provided up to 24 hours, 7-days-a-week, including weekends and holidays. There are no minimum hours. Below are some examples of our services.
